- Our organic lemons are WAX-FREE! That means REAL natural tasting zest is used in our recipe!
- Right before baking each batch of lemon bars, we handpick only the ripest most yellow organic lemons straight off of our very own 20ft lemon tree grown right in the frontyard of our home here in SAN FRANCISCO, CA. - What makes us different from other dessert companies who use glass jars? Welp, our lemon bars are BAKED DIRECTLY INSIDE perfectly portioned 4oz glass jars, which is the closest thing to enjoying a lemon bar baked in a glass dish right out of the oven.
